LEGAL cares about holistic and complete publishing for researchers and librarians. It is aware that achieving this is by publishing reliable original research papers. In accordance with LEGAL's publishing policies, the duties and responsibilities of authors during the retraction of a study or article are given below.
If authors notice a mistake or error regarding their paper that is under evaluation, they have the obligation to cooperate with the journal editor in the retraction process.
Authors who wish to withdraw their paper that is under evaluation are obligated to fill out the "Withdrawal Form" and send the signed and scanned version with the original signature of each author to the editor via e-mail to academy@legal.com.tr address. The editor will review the retraction notice and respond within a week at the latest. For papers whose copyrights have been transferred to LEGAL by the editor upon submission of the papers, authors may not submit their paper to another journal for evaluation, unless the withdrawal request is approved by the editor.
